1. DESCRIPTION
Made from pork meat, subjected to a curing process in humidity and temperature-controlled chambers followed by low-temperature smoking.

2. INGREDIENTS / ALLERGENS
Pork fat (Origin: EU) (47%), wheat flour (Gluten), water, paprika paste, salt, garlic, and antioxidants: (ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, sodium citrate). Stuffed in natural casing. Smoked with oak wood. May contain traces of soy due to wheat storage, but no soy is added. Contains naturally occurring sugars.
