Our Ao nori has a very pronounced iodized vegetable taste and a grassy aroma.
These flakes can be directly incorporated into your recipes; they will naturally rehydrate on your dishes. You can use them as a condiment, to sprinkle on various dishes like stir-fried noodles, or mix them with rice along with other seasonings. They easily integrate into an omelet, soup, or sauces such as a vinaigrette.
