The spiced meat mixture is stuffed into edible casings.
This is a fermented product with a light hint of beech wood smoking.
It perfectly enhances any tasting plate and we recommend it to those who want to savor a sip of slightly spicy Spanish cuisine. Serve it in thin slices and enjoy with bread as tapas and a glass of liqueur wine.
Its aroma develops best at room temperature before serving. After unwrapping, store in a cool environment.
