Its delicious flavor is enhanced by gentle smoking with beech wood. Due to its very low fat content and delicate taste, it is particularly popular among women, but served as thin medallions on a buffet table, it will also impress even the toughest guy. It pairs very well with semi-dry and dry white wine.
Prosciutto is vacuum packed. After opening, store the prosciutto in a cool environment, preferably hanging where there is a slight airflow.
