Family business located in Tormantos (La Rioja) dedicated to the artisanal and sustainable production of high-quality preserves. We carry out the production process in an integral manner. That is, from the selection of seeds and the cultivation of varieties, through the harvesting of raw materials following traditional agricultural processes, to their artisanal preparation, packaging, and marketing.
Tormantos
Our gardens are located in La Rioja Alta, at an altitude of over 600 meters and in the heart of the Tirón River Valley. Bordered to the north and south by the Obarenes mountains and the Sierra de la Demanda respectively, these act as a natural barrier that creates an exceptional Atlantic-Mediterranean microclimate in the interior of the valley. This phenomenon, combined with the fertile Riojan soil, makes the area an exceptional place for the production of our raw materials.
