For months, your grills and barbecues have been stored away in the shed at the back of the garden; nothing better than honey apricot lamb slices to make them sing and sizzle again for a delightful meal with loved ones. Our butchers select and cut our lamb slices from sheep sourced directly from the Tarnaise and Aveyron regions. For the honey apricot marinade, we only use so-called 'Clean Label' marinades, preparations guaranteed without the addition of E-type additives.
