Taking advantage of the fact that we are from an olive-growing area and the first harvests of this year are starting, we include 4 varieties of extra virgin olive oil:

100 ml bottle of ARBEQUINA variety. On the nose, it presents an intense green fruitiness with hints of tomato and almond. On the palate, a sweet and slightly spicy flavor. Ideal cold for toasts, salads, and desserts.
100 ml bottle of HOJIBLANCA variety. On the nose, it presents an intense green fruitiness with hints of banana and almond. On the palate, a sweet flavor, slightly spicy and bitter. Ideal for preparing creams, pastas, and stir-fries.
100 ml bottle of FRANTOIO variety. On the nose, it presents a green fruitiness with hints of celery, rosemary, and apple. On the palate, a fruity flavor with very balanced bitterness and spiciness. Ideal for salads, cheeses, rice, and fried foods.
100 ml bottle of PICUAL variety. On the nose, it presents a green fruitiness with hints of freshly cut grass and artichoke. On the palate, a very balanced bitter and spicy flavor. Ideal for meats and fish cooked in the oven or on the grill. High in polyphenols.
