We plant sweet potatoes on 2 hectares of beautiful Slavonian land. We start producing seedlings in February, and when the risk of frost is over, we begin planting outside in mid-May. Sweet potatoes need 90-120 sunny days. They do not like cold and should be stored at 10-15 degrees.

They are very beneficial food for diabetics due to their low glycemic index, which ensures slower absorption of glucose, thus avoiding harmful stress on the body. Sweet potatoes can be prepared boiled, baked, fried, mashed, as jam, and sweet potato cream can also be included in desserts.
