24 types of fruit distillates and brandies
We continue a tradition of over 400 years of distilling in Wallachia. The tradition of producing distillates is deeply rooted in us and permeates all our activities, starting with caring for the orchards. Today, we are the largest producer of plums in the Czech Republic, but in our orchards, you will also find apricots, pears, cherries, as well as less common fruits like sea buckthorn and medlar. The distillates in this set represent a diverse palette of aromas and flavors of fruit. Additionally, there are Vizovice plum brandies - clear vintage varietal distillates and golden plum brandy maturing on dried plums. The figurative cherry on top is the Family Reserve, our oldest plum brandy. The tasting block is prepared for recording notes, experiences, and evaluations during the tasting.
