To simplify the preparation of abalone, the France Haliotis team offers to prepare them before shipping:
the abalone are shelled, cleaned and vacuum-packed a few minutes before shipping.
They will keep for 7 days in the refrigerator or can be frozen for later use for up to 3 months without altering their organoleptic qualities.
