The veal steak we offer comes from the Corrèze region. We work in a short supply chain with our partner breeders. The calves we select are on average 8 months old and weigh around 160 kg, in order to guarantee tender and flavorful meat. You can prepare it in a pan, on a griddle, in the oven, or on the barbecue for a slightly smoky taste and a convivial moment.
