This snack is characterized as a type of Hungarian sausage. The harmony of flavors is created by a combination of paprika, chili, mustard, and Jamaican rum. The sausage is pleasantly spicy. For the production of 100 kg of sausage, we used 150 kg of pork meat.
Store the sausages in a cool environment, preferably hanging, where air circulates slightly - for example, in a ventilated cellar or chamber. Their aroma develops best at room temperature. The package is vacuum sealed. After opening, we recommend consuming within 10 days.
