This unique BIO apple cider vinegar with lemon and matcha combines classic natural vinegar with fruity citrus tones and a delicate green note of matcha tea. The result is a vinegar with a pleasant fruity freshness that also retains the typical acidity and character of apple cider vinegar.
The vinegar is unfiltered and unpasteurized, containing natural enzymes and live cultures ("mother of vinegar"), without any artificial substances or sugars.
The unique combination of flavors elevates the vinegar from a common ingredient to a functional component suitable for modern cuisine and a healthy lifestyle.
