Where to Use It First
With Cheeses and Pâtés
Place it on the side of the plate and let everyone find their ideal amount.
With Duck, Game, and Roasted Meats
Use it as a quick cold sauce or a flavor accent when serving.
In Glazes, Sandwiches, and on a Tasting Board
A small amount is enough – the flavor will connect the ingredients and make an impression.
