Pork meat (Origin: EU) (93%), water, salt, garlic (3%), preservatives: (sodium nitrite and potassium nitrate) and antioxidants: (ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, sodium citrate). Stuffed in natural casing. Smoked with oak wood.
