PEPPERONI sausage is one of the most widely consumed sausages in the world, known primarily for its role in the popular Pepperoni Pizza. To produce 100 kg of sausage, we use 135 kg of pork meat and a blend of spices according to the original recipe, such as oregano, chili, garlic, and paprika.
The characteristic deep red color, small round slices, and slightly spicy flavor make PEPPERONI a true culinary delicacy that can liven up pizza, as well as perfectly complement sandwiches, salads, or various appetizers.
The sausage is vacuum packed with a shelf life of 40 days. After opening, we recommend consuming it within 10 days and storing it in a cool environment, preferably hanging where air can circulate slightly.
