Philippine Lime Spritz by Nikoleta-Maria is a refreshing citrus syrup created for easy preparation of a summer drink. Just mix it with prosecco, sparkling water, or non-alcoholic sparkling wine, and in no time you have a spritz with a pronounced citrus flavor.
Philippine lime has a juicy, fresh, and slightly exotic character. In the drink, it tastes clean, pleasantly sour, and refreshing. It is suitable for those who enjoy citrus flavors, less sweet beverages, and fresh summer combinations.
The recommended dilution is 1 : 6.
Usage:
- in prosecco as a citrus spritz
- in sparkling water as a refreshing homemade lemonade
- in non-alcoholic sparkling wine
- over ice with a slice of lime, lemon, or mint
- in summer drinks and cocktails
Recommended preparation:
Pour 1 part of syrup, add 6 parts of prosecco or sparkling water, fill with ice, and gently stir.
