Beef pâté is made from aged beef, a prized breed Angus. Together with liver, pork belly, a bit of red wine, and spices, we have perfected a pâté that you won't easily forget. And because all the meat used is of organic quality and the subsequent production process takes place without the addition of any chemical preservatives except for salt, we can proudly declare this pâté to be truly healthy. :)
A Few Recommendations for the Pâté:
We recommend serving the pâté in thick layers on fresh bread, complemented with slices of Svatojánské nuts, or with pieces of red wine jelly. Red wine, fuller-bodied with a gentle tannin, pairs best with the pâté.
