Description of Chutney from Hustopeče Almonds:
Green spring almonds from the orchards of Hustopeče as you have never known them before. Chopped into pieces, together with ripe almonds, in a sweet, mildly spicy chutney. We collect green almonds a short distance from Brno, in the town of Hustopeče, where the largest preserved almond orchard in Central Europe is located, with over 900 trees. Every spring, it blooms with a flood of white-pink flowers, and you can experience this spectacle too if you take the almond trail to this natural rarity. And don't even try our dried beef without it :)
What is chutney good for?:
Chutney is an ideal companion for meat. It should not be missing at any barbecue, but it also finds its place in everyday cooking, for example, in combination with poultry. You can also try it together with our dried beef.
Ingredients of Hustopeče Almond Chutney:
green almonds, peeled almonds, onion, sugar, white wine, sunflower oil, vinegar, salt, pectin, spices.
