Manzanilla olives are among the most famous and sought-after Spanish table varieties. In this pitted version, their clean, slightly fruity flavor and meaty texture stand out without any disruptive elements.

They are marinated in a lightly salted brine that enhances their natural character without overpowering the taste of the olives themselves. Thanks to their larger size, you can fully enjoy the juicy flesh and firm texture.

Manzanilla olives are ideal as part of tapas, for a tasting board, or as a simple complement to a glass of wine or beer. They are also suitable for salads, cold appetizers, or as a base for Mediterranean dishes.

This variety comes from the Seville area and is valued for its balance, delicate texture, and characteristic green color with golden hues.
