The plum fruit spread is entirely handmade, made from plums that have ripened on the solitary trees of the Vipava Valley. We cook it quickly to preserve as much of the Vipava sun and the original fruit flavor as possible. Due to the high proportion of fruit, which is carefully selected and processed in the most natural way, its taste is the same as if your grandmother had made it.
In good company:
- indulgence on its own for breakfast,
- an addition to desserts and aromatic cheeses.
Tip: Since it is preservative-free and has a lower sugar content, store it in the refrigerator after opening.
