Valade, 0.75 L
Our flagship blend of eight indigenous Istrian varieties. Gold at the Berlin Global Olive Oil Awards 2026. Harmonious, rounded oil with pronounced fruitiness and balanced bitterness and spiciness.

Istrian Bjelica, 0.10 L
Single-varietal oil from the most famous Istrian variety. Second place at the Der Feinschmecker Olio Award 2026 in the category of mildly fruity oils. Gentle, elegant, with a fine note of fresh grass.

Rosinjola, 0.10 L
Single-varietal oil with a more expressive character. Herbs, artichoke, and clear spiciness in the finish.

Buža, 0.10 L
Single-varietal oil from the indigenous Istrian variety. Medium fruity, with notes of almonds and mild bitterness.

As a gift for someone who loves to cook and appreciates origin. As a tasting if you haven't yet decided which oil is yours. As a small cellar on the kitchen shelf, where each dish gets its oil.

HOW TO USE

Valade for everyday use: salads, pasta, fish, grilled vegetables. Bjelica for more delicate dishes, white fish, fresh cheeses, young potatoes. Rosinjola for hearty dishes, red meat, legume soups, toasted bread. Buža for warm and cold appetizers, tomatoes, mozzarella, eggs.

All oils should be used cold or added at the end of cooking, so all aromas and polyphenols remain.
