Winemaker's Diary:
The journey of this wine began with gentle pressing and static clarification of pure must. To preserve as many fruity tones as possible, fermentation took place under controlled conditions at lower temperatures. We stopped fermentation exactly when the wine achieved perfect balance and the character of the semi-sweet category. Subsequently, we racked it off the gross lees, refined it to perfection, and after reaching its full sensory potential, bottled it.
Food Pairing:
Goose liver – chicken curry with coconut milk – fruit cakes.
Wine Service:
at a temperature of 10-12 °C in slightly closed tulip glasses with a volume of 450-500 ml.
