Our Asturian faba is a legume from the Navia area of exceptional quality that allows great culinary flexibility, resulting in exquisite dishes, whether accompanied by meats, fish, seafood, or game.

The production process spans almost the entire year, with the best seeds sown between April and June. From here, the plants require numerous care and attention until harvesting in mid-September. Among the entire harvest, the best grains are reserved as seeds for the next sowing to continually improve production, and then certified with the corresponding labels from the regulatory council of the protected designation of origin “IGP Faba Asturiana.”

Asturian Compango (chorizo, blood sausage, lacón, and bacon)

Our compango consists of chorizo (300g), blood sausage (300g), lacón (300g), and bacon (300g) that undergo a curing and smoking process with oak wood.

The curing time, humidity, and light are very important factors that must be controlled by expert hands to achieve the appropriate texture, flavor, and juiciness in the final process. These products are vacuum packed.

Our Cabrales cheese comes from a cheese factory located in the heart of the Picos de Europa, which has been producing cheese for over 50 years, made from milk from cows, sheep, and goats linked to the Asturian livestock.

It is also important to highlight the connection to the regulatory council “DOP Queso Cabrales,” which is the body that guarantees the authenticity, quality, and compliance with the standards of the protected designation of origin.
