Marinated in soy sauce, mirin, yuzu, and pepper. Individual packaging. Each piece weighs 400 g. Ideal for grilling as medallions. The unique breeding of Abrasador leads us to think of innovative cuts that you won't find in any butcher shop. This particular cut is taken when we debone the hams fresh; the others from the marinated Iberian ham yield this very juicy and rich piece, due to its infiltrated fat, which when grilled as whole medallions is a delicacy worthy of a Michelin Star. Meat from our own controlled breeding from its origin, we take care of the feeding of our piglets based on herbs in the field, acorns in their season, and cereals, soy, etc., with all their content in nutrients and vitamins so that the product that reaches your home has an unmistakable flavor, always homogeneous and beneficial for your health. How to cook: Grill, first making 6 medallions from the piece and grilling them quickly, with high heat to brown the outside while keeping it pink on the inside.
