⚫ Cachiporrillo de Abajo — The lot for the faithful to Iberico. In Abajo, we raise our pigs differently: Iberian piglets that roam freely on our Cachiporrillo estate, without rush and with a lot of care. This attention translates into a flavor that is not improvised. This lot brings together the best of our Dehesa so that your table has its own flag: 🥩 Abrasador pork Picanha (800g) — the star cut, juicy and full of character 🥟 1 kg of Dehesa gyozas — the different touch, ready to surprise 🧀 1 kg of ham croquettes — creamy, homemade, impossible to resist 🥩 2 Abrasador pork tournedos (250g/unit) — the noble piece of Iberico 🍖 1/2 kg of sliced Abrasador pork loin (500g) — tender and versatile, ready in minutes. And as a gift, a pack of knife-cut ham. Iberico raised outdoors, as tradition dictates. Each order of this lot adds points for Abajo in the Gran Prix.
