The aged cheeses have a maturation of 4 to 7 months in our aging chambers. Enjoy our 3 types of cheese in all their splendor, the cheese with the most natural flavor.
Our old cheese has a maturation of over 12 months and won a gold medal at the World Cheese Awards in 2015 and 2018.
The aged sheep cheese was considered one of the best cheeses in Europe in 2008, winning first prize at the international Premio Roma 2008 competition. The aged goat cheese received the Gold Medal for Aged Goat Cheese at the “World Cheese 2012” competition.
The goat cheese from the Sierra de Cádiz has a stronger and spicier flavor, while the sheep cheese has a more oily flavor and a smoother texture. Take advantage of our offer and try our most classic cheeses.
