Winemaker's Diary:
The grapes of individual varieties were hand-picked at an earlier ripeness to retain higher acidity and freshness, which are key for the production of sparkling wines. Gentle pressing of whole bunches ensured the finest juice with low pigment and tannin content. After fermentation, it was balanced and combined to meet the desired sensory parameters, and after being bottled, it aged for 36 months on fine lees. This gave the wine a delicate sparkle, providing elegance and nobility hidden in the bottle.

at a temperature of 7 – 9 °C in flute-shaped glasses with a volume of 230 - 250 ml
