Our butchers have concluded that to best get through the winter season and its negative temperatures, a preparation with bold flavors is necessary. By combining two small ingredients, they have created Thai pork strips with multiple warm flavors. While the marinade is inspired by cuisines from the other side of the world, one thing is certain: the pork meat is sourced locally. Our Thai pork strips would be nothing without the tenderness provided by the unique diet and farming methods known only to a small farm in Lacaune. To successfully cook these Thai pork strips, sauté them over high heat in a wok for quick cooking. Add coconut milk and vegetables like bell peppers and carrots according to your preferences. Serve with jasmine rice and enjoy. In an effort to respect the environment, we do not use palm oil in our preparations.
