The delicate sweet-sour taste of aged balsamic vinegar is the result of careful cultivation and processing of the best grape berries from our estate, which we transform into premium balsamic vinegar through a long maturation process, produced using the classic method. We age it for at least 6 years in wooden barrels to create a deep yet gentle aromatic flavor and suitable density. The wine salt will enhance the dish with a premium salty note. Accompanied by a wooden spice spoon made in Slovenia, it is a beautiful gift that emphasizes the importance of tradition, original flavors, and Slovenian heritage.
