We have complemented the mysteriously rich noble taste and aroma of the barrel-aged Cabernet Sauvignon, reminiscent of black currants, ripe plums, and cedar wood, with the gentle, sweet-sour flavor of 6-year-aged Berce balsamic vinegar and extra homemade jams made from Vipava peaches and plums from solitary trees on the outskirts of the Vipava Valley.
