It is produced by distilling fermented grape pomace at 60-75% alcohol vol., which makes it special – it is not produced by distilling wine and brandy from grape must (the residue of wine grapes), but from the distillation of healthy table grape berries known as pomace. It contains all B vitamins except B12, which are important for carbohydrate metabolism and positively affect the nervous system.
