It is produced by distilling fermented grape pomace at 60-75% alcohol by volume, which makes it special – it is not produced by distilling wine and brandy from grape must (the residue of wine grapes), but from the distillate of healthy table grape berries that we call pomace. It contains all B vitamins except B12, which are important for carbohydrate metabolism and positively affect the nervous system.
