It is produced by distilling fermented grape pomace at 60-75% alcohol by volume, which makes it special – it is not produced by distilling wine and brandy from grape marc (the residue of wine grapes), but from the juice of healthy table grape berries known as pomace. It contains all B vitamins except B12, which are important for carbohydrate metabolism and positively affect the nervous system.
