Quantity 200ml 100% juice of Blonde Orange, unpasteurized. Cold-pressed, with no added sugars. The orange is the offspring of a crossbreed over 4,000 years ago between the pomelo and the mandarin. It is therefore a hybrid citrus fruit cultivated in the Mediterranean area and rich in vitamins beneficial for memory and muscle tone. Among its other beneficial actions, it detoxifies the body, activates metabolism, and is excellent against asthenia, anorexia, and capillary fragility. Craving an orange-based cocktail? Try the Sunrise Spritz: fruity, fresh, perfect for the beautiful season and suitable for both lunch and an aperitif. Ingredients for the non-alcoholic version: 120 ml fresh orange juice, 60 ml sparkling water or soda, 20 ml grenadine syrup, ice, orange slice for decoration. Procedure: Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour in the orange juice and stir. Add the sparkling water. Slowly add the grenadine for the “sunset” effect. Decorate with an orange slice. For an alcoholic touch, add 40 ml of light rum or vodka.
