A series of pots made of 18/10 stainless steel, polished to a mirror finish on the outside, the Lux line is suitable for induction and ceramic glass cooktops, as well as traditional cooking surfaces. The high-thickness thermodiffuser base is composed of 99% aluminum, trapped in a layer of steel: this allows for uniform heat distribution across the entire body of the utensil. The steel is used in all components and details, and is always applied in generous thicknesses that ensure excellent heat distribution and resistance over time. All steel cooking pieces are equipped with a special patented thermodiffuser base by Tarcisio Zani - USA patent 4204607 - consisting of a core of pure aluminum 'trapped' inside a double bottom of stainless steel. The use of this base allows for optimal heat distribution on the pot's body with minimal energy expenditure, and the possibility of using the utensils on gas, electric plates, ceramic glass, and induction. All handles are designed to slow down heat transmission, paying attention to materials, shapes, and contact surfaces with the pot's body. The lid fits into a conical shape that prevents it from jumping during cooking and from releasing steam, thus wasting heat unnecessarily.
