Soft and delicate goat blue cheese, aged with berries and rose petals. The outer paste is more adhesive, becoming creamy as one approaches the center. Typical hints of sour cream from the processing, surrounded by the intense undergrowth of the blue marbling. On the palate, the combination of the sweet-sour of the cheese and the sour-sweet of the berry mixture explodes, which reappears on the nose along with the aroma of the blueing.
