Christmas version of our Blu, a soft cheese, aged with bitter orange, cinnamon, clove, cardamom, pink pepper, and candied orange. The creaminess of the cheese, slightly spicy, meets an important scent of holidays in the snow and mulled wine by the warmth of a fireplace.
