Shredded Meat from Cádiz
Traditional shredded meat from Cádiz, made in El Bosque. Pork loin head and a mix of spices cooked in Iberian lard. Very tender meat ready to be sliced.
Especially suitable for tapas or as starters in meals, either alone or accompanied by some coarse salt grains or a few drops of lemon.
Vacuum packed. Keep refrigerated at a temperature equal to or below 8ºC.
Approximate weight per piece: 650 - 800 grams
