Our apple brandy is produced exclusively through the alcoholic fermentation and distillation of fleshy fruit or fruit must, specifically fine apples from our estate. This is what fundamentally distinguishes it from other brandies - it is not made from the leftovers of fruit, but from the juice of healthy apple fruits.
