Herbal rakijas made from grapes or fruits are infused with macerates of selected aromatic herbs, always in the same ratio and composition, to ensure the product retains its recognizable, characteristic sensory properties. For flavoring or preparing macerates, we use herbs from our traditional recipes, which also contribute to the slight coloring, and the aromatic components that prevail are specific to the Gorski-Kotar Mediterranean region.
Ingredients: apple rakija, macerate of aromatic herbs (rosemary, sage, thyme, mint, fennel, rue, chamomile, lemon balm, yarrow, citron in varying ratios).
