Chinese hojicha-style roasted green tea powder. Roasting softens the edges, bringing out a round, toasted sweetness and a low-bitter finish.
How to make it
Hojicha Latte: Whisk 1–2 tsp with a splash of 80–90 °C water until smooth. Top with warm milk. Sweeten to taste if you like. Iced tip: Whisk with a small splash of warm water first, then add cold milk + ice.
