Sobaos Pasiegos made by El Andral, its flavor is sweet and particularly highlights the aroma of butter. This product, so typical of our region, is recognized for its toasted color surface, its intensely yellow crumb, and its soft and fluffy texture. Sobao protected by the IGP "Sobao pasiego", are made daily following the family recipe in Selaya, in the well-known Pasiegos Valleys of Cantabria. Weight: 500 gr. Ingredients: Butter, wheat flour, eggs, sugar, honey, leavening agents (disodium diphosphate and sodium bicarbonate), anti-caking agents (calcium sulfate, calcium carbonate, and wheat starch), preservative (potassium sorbate). Allergens: Dairy, egg, and gluten. Expiry: 30 days from production.
