The roastery from Vrhnika, founded by Omar and Katja Escobar, is considered the first Slovenian micro-roastery to start roasting coffees from the so-called specialty coffee segment. Their passion for quality and precise roasting is reflected in the carefully selected beans and the refined aromatic profile. The coffee beans are sourced from selected small farms and micro-farms from various parts of the world, where the focus is on quality, seasonality, and traceability. Through close collaboration with producers, they ensure control over the origin and the shortest possible journey from producer to your cup.
