How does it work?

You purchase your Castex cleaning service online and choose the DPD pickup point near your home or workplace, where we will collect your duvet.

You prepare a protective package for your duvet; it is important that it is well wrapped.
Once your Castex order is confirmed, Castex sends you the shipping label to attach to the package containing your duvet to be cleaned.
You drop off the labeled package containing your duvet at the pickup point you have chosen.
Castex instructs DPD to collect your duvet, which you have previously dropped off at one of our carrier's 10,000 pickup points.
And then?
Once taken over by DPD, your duvet goes to AQUALOGIA, the leader in ecological cleaning in France, with whom we have established a partnership. AQUALOGIA
DPD Slovenia delivers parcels within 1–2 business days. You can choose between home delivery or 800+ Pickup points, including 200+ parcel lockers. With the Predict service and myDPD app, you can easily change the delivery location and/or date.
