ECO Corn Flour, 400 g

Our corn flour is obtained from organic corn grains and is commonly used in many kitchens around the world. Corn flour contains a decent amount of dietary fiber, which is important for healthy digestion. Due to its high carbohydrate content, corn flour provides a good source of energy. It is rich in vitamin B, especially niacin (B3), and contains iron, magnesium, phosphorus, and potassium. Corn flour is somewhat different from other flours due to its coarseness, as it does not bind dough and is not as elastic. It is often mixed with other flours to achieve better structure in baked goods. It may contain traces of soy, milk, eggs, celery, nuts, peanuts, mustard seeds, and sesame.
