Our brown rice flour is obtained by grinding organic rice grains and is a common ingredient in many Asian cuisines. It is very versatile and is used for various dishes. Due to its light structure, it is often used as an alternative to wheat flour. Our brown rice flour is finely milled and has a very delicate, light texture, making it ideal for preparing all kinds of pastries. Brown rice flour contains more fiber and nutrients (e.g., manganese, phosphorus, magnesium) than the white version, which is less nutritious but easier to digest. It has a mild, neutral taste, which makes it easy to combine with various ingredients. It may contain traces of soy, milk, eggs, celery, nuts, peanuts, mustard seeds, and sesame.
