The preparation is very simple and quick; we just add water to the mix, stir, and place it in the oven, then indulge in delicious, fiber-rich, and healthy sourdough breads. ECO SOURDOUGH CORNBREAD MIX - INGREDIENTS: Dehydrated organic sourdough, organic corn flour, organic millet flour, organic rice flour, organic psyllium husk, and salt. May contain traces of soy, milk, eggs, celery, nuts, peanuts, mustard seeds, and sesame. PREPARATION: To prepare, you need 250 g of sourdough bread mix and 550 ml of water. In a bowl, mix 250 g of the mix with 500 ml of water. Stir until the mixture is well combined with the water. The mass will become thicker after a few minutes. Shape 4 - 6 approximately equal-sized rolls and place them on a greased baking tray. Without letting it rise, place everything in a preheated fan oven at 200 degrees and bake for 45 - 48 minutes.
