Our organic sourdough lentil bread mix is a perfect blend of high-quality organic ingredients and tasty sourdough. The preparation is very simple and quick; we just add water to the mix, stir, and place it in the oven, then indulge in very delicious, protein and fiber-rich, and healthy sourdough breads. Freshly baked and tasty breads are an ideal choice for everyone who appreciates homemade baking and healthy products. At the same time, they are vegan and gluten-free.
INGREDIENTS: Dehydrated organic sourdough, organic red lentil flour, organic millet flour, organic rice flour, organic psyllium husk, and salt. May contain traces of soy, milk, eggs, celery, nuts, peanuts, mustard seeds, and sesame.
PREPARATION: For preparation, you need 250 g of sourdough bread mix and 450 ml of water. In a bowl, mix 250 g of the mix with 450 ml of water. Stir until the mixture is well combined with the water. The mass will become thicker after a few minutes. Shape 4 - 6 approximately equal-sized rolls and place them on a greased baking tray. Without letting it rise, place everything in a preheated fan oven at 200 degrees and bake for 45 - 48 minutes.
