Extra Virgin Olive Oil Olvera

The Extra Virgin Olive Oil has been made from olives of the Lechin, Manzanilla, Verdial, Picual, and Hojiblanca varieties. It is a typical product in the Sierra de Cádiz, where the olive grove is cared for with deep respect for the environment. This pure olive juice, natural and healthy, is obtained through cold extraction methods at the Los Remedios Picasat Cooperative mill in Olvera. It is a high-quality oil, with a fresh and fragrant aroma, a golden green color, balanced and harmonious on the palate.

Olvera is a municipality in Cádiz located in the Sierra de Cádiz. Known as the 'Gateway to the Route of the White Towns', in Olvera the vast majority of its land is dedicated to agriculture, especially the cultivation of olives.

In fact, this municipality is part of the Spanish Association of Olive Municipalities. Its superb olive oil production has led to Olvera being included in the Sierra de Cádiz designation of origin. Furthermore, it is worth mentioning that the Greenway of the Sierra runs through the municipal area of Olvera.
